Dear IADT Family,
Happy New Year!!!
The IADT is ready for another year full of activities, events, and excitement for our worldwide community. In the upcoming months, you will receive more specific information about the many actions and benefits that will involve our members, patients, and global communities. The highlight of the year will be the 23rd World Congress on Dental Traumatology (WCDT2026), which will take place in Warsaw, Poland, September 3-5, 2026. Make sure to start planning for your attendance at this banner event. You will enjoy an amazing scientific program, delightful social events, and the opportunity to meet, greet and mingle with our dedicated members and interested professionals from around the world.
Two of our annual awards need your attention in the upcoming month or two. First, the Case Report Competition for 2025 is still open for submissions. This is an exciting opportunity for each one of you to submit and showcase your most interesting case related to dental or oral trauma. Please visit our website to learn about the competition rules and submission process. Your clinical experiences and wisdom in the diagnosis, treatment, and/or follow-up management of dental trauma patients are invaluable in helping each one of us provide better diagnosis and treatment of our dental trauma patients.
The second IADT annual award is the 2025 Tsukiboshi Award for Research in Dental Traumatology submission. This prestigious award will be open shortly. This award is based on a competition that aims to encourage and recognize excellence in the field of dental traumatology research. If you published a paper in Dental Traumatology, our flagship journal, in 2025, this call is for you! Check out our website for more details.
